The Tortoise and Hare
2019
Concept Proposal (finalist)
Proposed artwork for the Zev Yaroslavsky Family Support Center. Team: Emily White, Brian McCutcheon, and Lucas Brown.
This proposal interprets Aesop's fable of the Tortoise and the Hare as the central concept. Working in concert with the Center's goal of building stronger families, we proposed to engage visitors and staff in a cross-cultural story that reinforces the values of patience and perseverance required to build a strong family unit. The proposed artwork would speak to a multi-generational audience through colorful, interactive, and safe objects.
