Concept Proposal

Proposal included in master plan competition for the Indianapolis City County Building Plaza. Public art connects the Forum Plaza to the Indianapolis Cultural Trail through an installation about opposing viewpoints, which encourages buskers to 'get on their soapbox' and debate through their megaphone.
